I’m Natalie, Broker at Go Home Realty in Lexington, NE. My husband, Andrew, and I founded Go Home Realty in early 2020. We are now 4 sales agents strong, and have full-time bilingual office staff, but we aren’t stopping! Back Story
I grew up surrounded by loans, rates, qualifications, appraisals, etc. My dad was (and still is) a mortgage banker. His company “makes” home loans. Yep, I grew up in a world where you could make something out of nothing; it’s kind of magical when you think about it!
On the flip side, my mom’s dad “made” everything else. He made lamps, furniture, buildings, stained glass sculptures, water fountains, and a pop-up tent trailer for his family camping trips long before you could buy one from Coleman! He even made my baby cradle out of pallets. That was way before it was a thing!
When you grow up with these influences, what’s a girl to do? Buy houses…cheap houses…and fix them with your own two hands. So, I did.
Then I met a man crazy enough to join me and we’ve never looked back!
With each sale, we moved up. Houses weren’t as cheap anymore, and neither were the upgrades we wanted. We’ve learned about green building, energy efficiency, high end finishes, and smart home technology along the way.
Now, I get to put my experiences, skills, and knowledge to work for my clients.
Why Choose me?
I’ve been a business owner of some kind for most of my life. Since 2018 my entire focus has been on real estate related industries as a licensed insurance producer, licensed mortgage loan originator, and a licensed real estate broker in the state of Nebraska.
As the 2024 REALTORS® of Greater Mid-Nebraska President, the 2024 Nebraska REALTORS® Association Chair of the Professional Standards Committee, Broker, Business Owner, and working sales agent, I currently have all my eggs in the REALTOR® basket. That’s plenty of responsibility, but I’m able to draw on my training and experience in all areas of entrepreneurship, marketing, graphic design, psychology & negotiation, computer science, web development, community advocacy, business management, professional standards, database management, loan origination, insurance, economics, risk management, accounting, organizational volunteerism, and all the other threads that are woven together into the tapestry of effective innovator, productive business owner and community leader. (Not to mention an active sense of humor that gets me through most days! 😅)
